Meetup Session – Dealing With Difficult People

At this meetup Professor Windy Dryden will discuss what is it about other people that we find difficult. He will argue that that the best way to deal with others is first, to deal with our own problematic reactions to them before deciding how to respond behaviourally to them.
He will also discuss what it is about ourselves that others might find difficult and will show how we can intervene with ourselves so that we become less difficult for others.
After the talk, Windy will help volunteers from the audience who have problems dealing with others and/or who are difficult for others to deal with

City CBT Coaching College will provide a continuing professional development (CPD) letter confirming two hours of CPD.
