Hosted by Fashion Declares’ and Indilisi founder Safia Minney MBE, with eminent panelists – details to follow.

Followed by a live performances by poet and multi-instrumentalist alya isha, and Nile London, whose music spans disco to soul and R&B.

alya isha is a soulstress, poet, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, pioneering ‘Nu Earth Groove’: a high-energy, hypnotic fusion of Global, Urban, Jazz Funk, with liberatory lyricism. Playing live with The RA KHOLECTIV, their distinct sound played across key London music venues and around the world.
Nile
Nile is a London-based singer-songwriter lending his voice to artists such as Jessie Ware, Pet Shop Boys, and Jade Thirlwall. His writing combines his love of fantasy, soul and queer escapism!
A percentage of profits go to support Fashion Declares, a bottom-up, fashion-industry-wide movement to promote rapid action in the climate, ecological and social emergency.

*A £2 venue levy is applied to each ticket purchased. This levy helps to support us in covering the costs of keeping our grade II listed building running and our doors open.*

Access Information
This event is in the Main Hall, which is located on the ground floor. The balcony is accessible only by stairs.
All the ground-floor rooms are accessible by wheelchair. Main Hall (street access, step-free), Brockway Room (street access, step-free), Bertrand Russell Room (street access, shallow ramp), Cafe (street access, step-free). There is also an accessible toilet on the ground floor opposite the Brockway Room.

Our pop-up bar will be open before and during the interval of the event, in our foyer. It serves a selection of ethically and sustainably produced drinks.
