For our Summer 2026 chamber music season, we welcome back several much-loved ensembles and host Conway Hall débuts featuring some of the most promising artists from around the UK and further afield.

The award-winning Kyan Quartet open our season with some of the great works from the quartet canon. The series will see the return of Conway Hall regulars and established names the Fitzwilliam Quartet as well as the Paddington Trio, whose recital will offer a rare opportunity to hear Amy Beach’s 1929 quartet along Beethoven and Shostakovich. We are also pleased to spotlight a number of exciting débuts featuring emerging artists this season: BBC New Generation Artists NOVO Quartet present works of Haydn and Caroline Shaw; Ensemble Échappée offer an inspiring interpretation of Mozart’s ‘Dissonance’ Quartet; and Ben Baker will explore a wide-ranging programme of Schubert, Brahms and Bacewicz with duo partner Daniel Lebhardt. The season will not be complete without the return of our Artistic Director Simon Callaghan, who joins Ben Goldscheider in fascinating a programme of works for horn and piano by British composers.

Our Summer season of star performances will offer further variety to our series, and is surely not one to be missed!
