Creating Robust Mental Health: Tanya Byron in Conversation With Suzy Greaves

Psychologies’ editor Suzy Greaves will talk about Creating Robust Mental Health with Professor Tanya Byron, a chartered clinical psychologist, who specialises in working with children and adolescents, and has worked in the NHS and privately for 20 years. Byron made her name on TV with child behaviour shows such as The House of Tiny Tearaways. Her book The Skeleton Cupboard is out now. She is married with two teenage children.

In this workshop, we will discuss.

– How we can create robust mental health for ourselves

– Whether it is a healthy goal to strive to create a happy life

– What the best advice is to help you or someone else bounce back from adversity

– What the best way is to help if you suspect someone you love or know is struggling with depression or a mental health problem

– What habits we can encourage in our children’s lives to help them become more resilient
