Creative Europe Focus Session – Financial Management and Reporting

Collaboration is a key part of Creative Europe and the funding available provides beneficiary organisations with valuable opportunity to share skills and knowledge and co-develop innovative content over a number of years.

Projects are expected to contribute resources to the project in the form of ‘match-funding’ and account for all of the project costs and income generated across the partnership. For the uninitiated, this can be a daunting experience. Whether you’re planning to be a first-time project lead or partner, this session is designed to pre-empt your questions and concerns, to ensure that your organisation and partners are prepared to manage your budget and cash-flow as smoothly as possible, and focus on the experience that transnational collaboration can offer.

Places are limited for this event but please register your interest in attending by signing up to this free event and we will confirm your registration within 5 working days.
