Fall in love with yourself, with life and another
12th February 2018 · 7:00pm - 8:30pm
In person | Virtual event
In order to love another, we know we have to love ourselves first, but what does self-love actually look like and are we practising it, or are we secretly neglecting or mistreating ourselves? How would our lives and relationships be different if we truly valued, esteemed and trusted ourselves? What if we felt good enough, instead of waiting for others to make us feel good?
Katherine Baldwin knows the dangers of craving external love and validation as well as the transformative and healing power of self-love. By building her self-esteem from the inside out, she went from being a single, highly stressed news journalist with a binge eating disorder to a woman in love, living with her fiancé by the sea and working at her true passion – coaching others to have healthy relationships and find love.
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
- Strengthen your emotional core to boost confidence and self-esteem
- Connect deeply to your feelings and your intuition
- Understand any blocks to love and relationship
- Prioritise activities that make your heart sing
- End self-sabotage and find the courage to be true to yourself
