Grand Union Orchestra: From Bengal to Bloomsbury

Welcoming to Conway Hall some of the UK’s foremost Bengali singers and instrumentalists, alongside Grand Union Orchestra’s musicians from worldwide musical cultures. Tabla maestro Yousuf Ali Khan will lead an evening of traditional songs by Lalon and Nazrul, along with emotional ragas as we explore the music, language and culture of Bangladesh and its diaspora.
