Beethoven’s nickname-earning ‘Ghost’ Trio opens proceedings before flautist Boris Bizjak — praised by Gramophone for his freshness and originality — joins for Nino Rota’s playful trio and Richard Sisson’s witty Amo, Amas, Amat. Rachmaninoff’s youthful, grief-stricken Trio élégiaque closes an evening of colour, charm and surprising juxtapositions.

This event is in the Main Hall, which is located on the ground floor. The balcony is accessible only by stairs.

All the ground-floor rooms are accessible by wheelchair. There is also an accessible toilet on the ground floor opposite the Brockway Room.
