 Mattering, Knowing, and Comparing

Please join us to celebrate the launch of Mattering Press and its first four books.

The event will feature short presentations from some of the editors of ‘Modes of Knowing’ and ‘Practising Comparison’, as well as from those involved in both supporting and producing the press.

Contributors include Joe Deville, Michael Guggenheim, Zuzana Hrdličková, Carlos Lopez-Galviz, Evelyn Ruppert (all from either Goldsmiths, University of London, or Lancaster University).

Refreshments will be provided. The event is supported by the Institute for Social Futures, Lancaster University, and the Centre for Invention and Social Process, Goldsmiths, University of London.

Mattering Press is a new Open Access book publisher and registered charity, focusing on publishing books that analyse science, technology and society. Four years in the making, the press produces works that are available freely as ebooks and as printed books to purchase.
