Sara Trickey
is well established as one of the foremost violinists and chamber musicians of her generation, acclaimed for her ‘fiery and passionate’ performance style (The Strad). Leader of the Bronte String Quartet for 6 years, she now has a busy career as a soloist and freelance chamber musician and is currently a Recommended Artist for Making Music with the pianist Daniel Tong. Her work has taken her to all the major UK concert venues, including the Purcell Room, Royal Opera House, St David’s Hall in Cardiff and Kings Place London, and she has been the featured violinist at the Presteigne Festival several times.

Benjamin Hughes, Principal Cello of the BBC Concert Orchestra, is making a name for himself as one of the UK’s most dynamic and versatile young cellists.  He is in great demand as a chamber musician and performs regularly with the Fibonacci Sequence at prestigious venues such as the Wigmore Hall, King’s Place, Conway Hall, the Holywell Rooms in Oxford and the Australian Festival of Chamber Music in Townsville, Australia.  Benjamin has recorded works by Messiaen, Schubert, Elgar and Brahms with the Fibonacci Sequence for Deux Elles and Dutton.  He appears regularly on BBC Radio and Television as a soloist with the BBC Concert Orchestra and recently performed Tchaikovsky’s Rococo Variations live on BBC Radio 3.  He is equally at home playing Bach, Bartok or Brubeck.

Robin Green enjoys a busy career as a soloist, chamber musician and conductor. Robin has performed recitals in many of the world’s most important concert venues including the Wigmore Hall and the Vienna Musikverein. His festival appearances have included the Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the Interlaken Classics Festival, Davos Young Artists Festival, the International Musicians Seminar ‘Open Chamber’ Festival at Prussia Cove, the Pharos Trust and the Festival de Radio France et Montpellier. He has had artist residencies at the Vale of Glamorgan festival and at St John’s Smith Square, London.
