 Philosophy Now Festival 2015

We are pleased to announce that the third Philosophy Now Festival will take place this year in Conway Hall in London!

It’s going to be even bigger than the festival before. It’s open to everyone, and will include talks, debates and philosophical workshops.

Festival Events:

– The 5th Annual Philosophy Now Award for Contributions in the Fight Against Stupidity: award ceremony and lecture – which will be presented to Cressida Cowell, author of the How to Train Your Dragon book series.

-The George Ross Memorial Lecture: to be given by Professor David Papineau (King’s College London)

– The Great Balloon Debate, including your chance to vote on which historical philosopher should be thrown out of the balloon first!

– Philosophy workshops for children and teenagers, run by the Philosophy Foundation

We hope you are looking forward to it as much as we are. Join us for a day of wisdom!
