This month’s speakers:
Joe Leech: Joe is a UX consultant & author of the book Psychology for Designers. He sometimes writes for Smashing Magazine & Net Magazine about how to use psychology to improve the user experience of digital products.
In his talk, Joe will look at a practical strategy that uses psychology to produce the ideal design for those tricky user experience design problems we face everyday.

David Hawdale: David is an Experience Architect with a background in Experimental Psychology and Cognitive Science. It’s always been his belief that you should design for the human. He is currently with HCL & Manchester Utd helping create the digital theatre of dreams.
David will be talking about those particular moments when choices are formed and decisions are made, and how our behaviours, habits and biases shape what we do and how we think, and how we can use this to make our products more desirable.

Jerome Ribot: Co-founder and former Creative Director at ribot – a design agency in Brighton – Jerome is also the creator of Cognitive Lode, a resource that distills the latest behavioural research into helpful product advice. He will take you through the design decisions made during the development of the site, with a specific focus on the psychological research applied during the design process to increase engagement and learning.
