Starting out as an actor at the RSC she went on to co-write the scripts for ‘Absolutely Fabulous’. More recently she has also become a mental health campaigner and gained a Masters degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford University. She is currently touring the autobiographical show ‘Losing It’ and has a new book ‘Sane New World: Taming the Mind’ (Hodder & Stoughton).; About Sunday Sermons; Since 2008 The School of Life has presented strictly secular Sunday Sermons exploring the values we should live by today.
