 The Grandeur of Renunciation

Bhagavad Gita Chapter V Lectures by Sunandaji, Daughter-Disciple of Swami Parthasarathy

The Bhagavad Gita is an ancient philosophical text, which expounds the eternal principles of life and living. The principles enable one to achieve success and peace in all aspects of life – work, social and domestic. Above all they usher one towards the ultimate perfection, the goal of spiritual Enlightenment.

Sunanda Leelaram, affectionately known as Sunandaji, is the daughter-disciple of Swami Parthasarathy. Under Swamiji’s guidance she has been imbibing Vedanta for over three decades. Dedicating her life to the propagation of Vedanta philosophy she has addressed diverse audiences across five continents for the past twenty years.

“The Bhagavad Gita is one of the most clear and comprehensive summaries of perennial philosophy ever revealed; hence its enduring value is subject not only to India but to all of humanity”

– Aldous Huxley
