The Use and Abuse of Meditation – Bhagavad Gita Lecture Series – By Sunandaji

This year’s lectures are based on Chapter VI of the Bhagavad Gita. The Bhagavad Gita is an ancient philosophical text, which expounds the eternal principles of life and living. The principles enable one to achieve success and peace in all aspects of life – official, social and domestic. Above all they usher one towards the ultimate perfection, the goal of spiritual Enlightenment.

Sunandaji is the daughter disciple of internationally eminent philosopher A. Parthasarathy. Under his guidance, Sunandaji has been imbibing Vedanta, the ancient philosophy of India for over three decades.

Her clear and powerful presentation of the Bhagavad Gita in contemporary thought has been acclaimed in India and abroad. Sunandaji has also addressed prestigious corporate organisations and universities worldwide on the practical application of Vedanta in daily life.
